There is a potential risk for personal injury and damage to property while attending, or participating in any form of sports activity.
We at Solely Outdoors Archery Range endeavour to create and maintain a safe environment at our facility and we have established reasonable control of rules of conduct for participating, spectators and guests that must be followed. Any questions in regards should be clarified with an official.
This release must be signed by any participant or guest over the age of 18 participating in an event or making use if the range’s facilities at any time.
2. Release
I have read the above notice of warning and fully understand the risks and conditions of participating in the events and functions organized or sponsored by Solely Outdoors Archey Range.
I hereby save harmless and indemnify Solely Outdoors Archey Range, its Officers, Directors, Coaches and Assistants from demands, claims, acting suits or proceedings arising out of participation of myself and/or family members in any range activity or program or making use of the range facilities in general.
